Experience is not essential – all that we ask is that you can demonstrate the ability to use initiative, organise and prioritise, and can communicate well at all levels. We would like you to have good administration and computer skills, to allow you to keep high quality written
records of learner progress and set appropriate smart targets based on EHCP outcomes, agreed support plans and coursework. We’d also like you to be willing to achieve a GCSE/Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Mathematics (should you not already hold this).
