Summary
Our client, a leading childcare provider in Reading, Berkshire, is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their dedicated team. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years, ensuring their overall well-being and development.
As a Nursery Room Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, promoting children's learning and development across all areas.
- Leading and motivating a team of early years practitioners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare.

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and its practical application.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to promoting their well-being and development.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
