Summary
Immediate start FLT Operative.
We are seeking Forklift certified operatives to join a fast paced enviroment in the sleaford area.
The role will see you working on safe transfer and storage of palliterised goods within a warehouse setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and effeciant opperations of a counter-balance Forklift Truck.
- Loading of Palleterised goods which has been shrink wrapped by warehouse staff.
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required.
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Long term ongoing work.
Monday to Friday
0600 start times
Averaging 8 hour shifts raising to 10 hours during peak periods.
£12.50 p/h basic
Overtime and Bank Holidays paid at £16.62 p/h.
28 days annual leave Pro-rata.
