Summary
The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Technician with expertise in Construction and Electrical/Plumbing systems to provide efficient technical services, including preparing tools and materials for practical classes and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare tools, materials, and equipment for practical classes, assessments, and exams
• Ensure safety and accessibility of machines and tools for students
• Order and monitor tools and materials, maintain and repair equipment
• Assist teaching staff and monitor students for safe working practices
• Organise and store equipment according to College policy, dispose of waste materials safely

• Level 3 qualification in a relevant trade
• Technical skills in Plumbing, Electrical, Brickwork, and Wood Trades
• Organisational skills and ability to adapt to changes in course content
• Knowledge of health and safety requirements
