We are seeking to appoint Teaching Assistants to work alongside our current friendly and close-knit team to support students who are disaffected with school or who have been permanently excluded. Previous primary experience is essential of working with students in a supporting role, together with outstanding behaviour management skills. It is essential that candidates are Price trained (positive handling and de-escalation technique training) or willing to undertake training. If candidates have a sports background that would be desirable, but not essential.We are a multi-site Alternative Provision for children and young people with complex needs and we provide a vital service to the families and schools of Hounslow. You will work 32.5 hours per week, term time only.
