Your new role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take commercial ownership of façade packages on major projects. Responsibilities include:
- Managing cost control, valuations, and subcontractor accounts
- Preparing and negotiating contracts and variations
- Forecasting and reporting on project financial performance
- Working closely with project teams to ensure compliance and profitability
- Supporting procurement and supply chain management
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within façades, cladding, or external envelope works
- Strong knowledge of NEC/JCT contracts
- Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
