Summary
Location: Darlington with Hybrid Working (At least 2 days per week on site)We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Administration Assistant to work within the Office of the CIO, providing vital administrative and operational support to the wider Group IT function. You’ll play a key role in keeping our IT operations running smoothly, managing procurement, budgets, and supplier relationships while ensuring excellent service standards across all interactions.If you’re looking for a new challenge and to develop your career, this could be the role for you!Responsibilities can include any of the following:Process purchase order requests and reconcile invoices via ReqlogicMonitor, record, and track all costs impacting the IT budgetManage administrative support for the Group’s Vodafone mobile phone contractProcess and update tickets assigned to the Office of the CIOCoordinate travel, accommodation, and offsite meeting arrangements for the IT teamAttend service review meetings and act as minute-taker, capturing key actions and follow-upsMaintain accurate records of procurement requests and related documentationTrack and report IT spend against budget forecastsProcess Microsoft and Adobe licence requestsManage procurement via company credit card, ensuring compliance with policyLiaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, raise orders, and manage deliveriesCollaborate with the User Services team to order new hardware and peripheralsProvide general administrative support to the Group IT team and cover Weekly Connect when requiredJoin ZIGUP as an IT Administration Assistant and enjoy some outstanding benefits …Of course, there’s a great basic salary, but that’s just the beginning, our most popular benefits include …Salary - Up to £26,000 per annum based on experienceAnnual Leave -Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service, plus the flexibility to buy or sell up to 5 extra days each year.
