Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 qualified practitioner to join us as a key person and part of the small staff team, providing safe, high quality education and care to meet the individual needs of the children.
The job is for a minimum of 20 hours a week, term time only (for up to 39 weeks a year), consisting of every weekday morning and a Thursday afternoon to support our weekly outings. There may be opportunity to add an additional afternoon to support one of our Stay and Play sessions.
The Playgroup is committed to supporting all staff with their Professional Development and provides opportunities to undertake training online and in person. There is opportunity to take on the SENCO role and potentially a Deputy role within the next 18 months, for which training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be required to undertake a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and will need to provide a minimum of two references which will be followed up as part of our safer recruitment practice.
