Summary
Carpenter Multi Trader
Employment Details-
Contract Duration: 3 Months

Role: Multi-Trade operative required for a property maintenance contractor specializing in the refurbishment of vacant social housing units (void repairs).

Execute a broad range of tasks across various trades, including carpentry and plumbing, demonstrating a high level of multi-skilled competence.

Deliver exceptional service and uphold strong, positive relationships with customers (tenants and clients).

The primary focus will be on conducting comprehensive maintenance and repair work on empty properties (full void repair work).

Daily tasks will encompass: general carpentry, basic plumbing repairs, wall and floor tiling, replacing locks, localized plaster patching, and painting/decorating.
Candidate Requirements

Possess a sound understanding of the construction materials and methodologies utilized within the building and property maintenance sector.

Driving: Must hold a full, valid UK driving license.

Proven capability to successfully carry out diverse trade tasks, including carpentry and plumbing, at a competent, multi-skilled level.

Demonstrated professional experience in executing a variety of carpentry and plumbing works across different residential properties.

Qualifications: Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Carpentry, Masonry, and/or Plumbing, or equivalent proven experience gained through 'time served' apprenticeship/work history, with established proficiency in secondary trades.

Prior experience working within a trades team environment, successfully meeting strict project deadlines.

Hold a clean, full driving license.

Must be physically capable of performing the demands of the role.
