Summary
The Clinical Ward Manager will use leadership, knowledge and skill to promote excellence in childrens nursing care delivery.The post holder will work collaboratively with the other clinical managers to promote a culture of safety, learning from experience, and promote best practice. The role will support nurses to realise their full potential as childrens nurses, always placing children and their families at the centre of care. The post holder will work closely with the Matron, Lead Nurse, General Manager, and senior paediatric medical team to support childrens care delivery and be responsive to children, their families and staff needs. The post holder will support the other clinical managers with the clinical and administrative aspects of the ward and ensure cost effective use of resources.
