Summary

Service Desk Agent - Leeds

Location: Leeds

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm shifts (with occasional after-hours work)

We're looking for a Service Desk Agent to be the friendly voice on the other end of the phone, supporting customers with their self-service machines and making sure everything runs smoothly. You'll be part of a supportive team that values collaboration and great customer service.

What you'll be doing

Answer calls and help customers with first-line support.

Keep an eye on accounts and fix issues before they become problems.

Log and manage service calls from start to finish.

Work closely with engineers and subcontractors to get things done.

Keep records accurate and up to date.

Share your knowledge and help new starters feel at home.

What we're looking for

Experience in a busy call centre or similar environment.

Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work to deadlines and stay calm under pressure.

Team player with a knack for problem-solving.

Bonus points if you know UK geography or scheduling tools!
