JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Management Accountant to support the organisation with accurate management accounts and performance reporting.
As a Management Accountant you will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and provide insights that support strategic decision making.
The Management Accountant will also focus on cost control, financial modelling and process improvements while working closely with the wider accounts team.

DUTIES
Your duties as the Management Accountant include:
• Preparing Management Accounts: monthly, quarterly and annual reports
• Budgeting and Forecasting: supporting the organisation with accurate projections
• Cost Control: identifying and recommending cost-saving opportunities
• VAT Returns: preparing and submitting VAT documentation
• Customer Costings: producing accurate costing information for customers
• Audit Support: assisting with the year-end audit process
• Process Improvements: identifying and implementing efficiency enhancements
• Team Support: assisting the accounts and management team where required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Experience with Financial Reporting: including management accounts and performance analysis
• Proven Background in Budgeting and Forecasting: supporting strategic decisions
• Experience with Accounting Software: including Sage 50, Sage Payroll and Xero
• Advanced Excel Skills: including financial modelling and analysis
• Strong Communication Skills: able to present financial information clearly
• Well Organised Approach: able to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible and Adaptable Mindset: comfortable with changing priorities
