Summary

Performance Marketing Executive | South Manchester (Office-Based) | Full Time | Monday–Friday, 9am–5.30pm | £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Our client is a fast-moving lead generation agency running high volume campaigns across automotive, finance, energy, broadband, wills and other B2C verticals. Their team is small, disciplined, motivated, and operates from a genuinely great office environment. They specialise in performance-driven, affiliate-style campaigns, where results, data and optimisation speed matter every single day.

Are you the right person for the job?

• 6–12 months+ hands-on experience in Meta Ads and/or Google Search, with strong expertise in at least one
• Skilled in building, launching, and optimising campaigns from scratch
• Understands the mechanics of scaling, algorithms, conversion optimisation, and data feedback loops
• Confident in daily data analysis, diagnosing issues, and making rapid optimisation decisions
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
• Bonus: experience with affiliate campaigns, PMAX, offline tracking, or creative testing

What will your role look like?

• Own end-to-end campaign management across Meta Ads, Google Search, and PMAX (where applicable)
• Build campaigns from scratch — structure, keywords, creative, and funnels
• Monitor and optimise daily to maintain strong performance and lead quality
• Scale campaigns while staying within CPA/ROAS targets
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and report performance issues with actionable insight
• Collaborate on new offer launches, creative testing, and rapid optimisation cycles
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple verticals and high-volume performance marketing campaigns
