We are looking for...

Experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioners to work alongside our Team Managers to lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to team members.

We are currently recruiting for permanent Assistant Team Manager post(s) in the Caledonian and Groupwork Team, Justice Services as part of our ongoing restructuring. Please state in your application form if you wish to be considered for other ATM roles.

All ATMs will work as part of the Justice Service Management Team to deliver all services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Justice Services, both locally and nationally.

Applicants must be trained in relevant risk assessment tools, have significant experience in justice social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers.
