Are you an experienced support worker looking for consistent night shifts and the opportunity to make a real difference? We’re looking for compassionate, reliable and skilled Children’s Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting children with complex needs, autism and learning disabilities across our partnered residential and supported living services.

The Role
You will be working night shifts within children’s residential homes, providing stability, safety and high-quality care. Your role will include:
• Offering calm, consistent support during night hours
• Managing routines, safeguarding, and promoting a peaceful environment
• Supporting children with autism, learning disabilities and complex behavioural or health needs
• Working collaboratively with permanent staff to ensure continuity of care
• Completing accurate and detailed logs and reports
Block bookings are available, giving you regular, predictable work and the chance to build strong relationships within each service.

About You
To join our team, you will need:
• Experience supporting children with autism, learning disabilities and/or complex needs
• Confidence managing challenging situations in a calm, professional way
• A compassionate, patient, child-centred approach
• Flexibility to work waking nights
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding procedures
(Drivers highly desirable but not essential.)
