What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse qualification and valid UK NMC Pin
  • Director-level leadership experience or a minimum of 5 years as a Nursing Home Manager
  • Proven history of managing large nursing homes with Good or Outstanding CQC outcomes
  • Strong understanding of complex needs, mental health conditions, and dementia care
  • Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical governance
  • Confident, compassionate leader with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to drive quality, performance, and resident satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily operations of a large nursing home supporting complex needs
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards and uphold high-quality care across all departments
  • Drive continuous quality improvements and sustain Good or Outstanding ratings
  • Oversee clinical governance, safeguarding, mental health care, and dementia best practice
  • Inspire, train, and empower a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred care
  • Establish strong relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
  • Manage staffing, budgets, performance targets, and long-term service development
