About this Role
ATTFE College are seeking a Subject Leader of Maths to join an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider, to help give learners locally and in the wider community a chance to learn, and progress further in their lives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of high-quality Maths teaching, managing the curriculum and assessment, and supporting tutors to achieve outstanding learner outcomes. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on teaching, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on learner achievement and champion excellence across Further Education.

Our vision at ATTFE College is to be recognised as an outstanding provider of Further Education and be the provider of choice of our local communities. We strive to raise the aspirations and achievements of the communities that it serves, providing high quality, innovative education and training for learners who are aged 16+ (including adults). We take a learner-centred approach towards education and lifelong learning opportunities that supports the learning needs of the local environment.

You would be working from both our Sutton, Ollerton campuses, and in the wider community so a driving licence and own vehicle is mandatory as you will be expected to drive between venues.

Our greatest passion is unleashing the potential of individuals to learn new skills that will add value and help improve their overall quality of life. The team at ATTFE College are fully committed to the educational, pastoral need and well-being needs of our learners.

Working from our main campuses of Sutton Community Academy and Dukeries Academy, you will join a team striving to raise the aspirations and achievements of our local communities.

We do this by:

• focusing on each person as an individual
• providing them with the first class education and the training they need to succeed in their life ahead
• support our learners at every stage
• responding to the skills needs of our local communities and employers
• providing exceptional teaching and learning

What’s in it for you?
You can expect fantastic Professional Development opportunities, a comprehensive employee benefits package, shopping discounts, cycle-to-work and gym schemes, cinema tickets and an employee assistance programme. Most importantly of all, you will work alongside a team who are passionate about what they do.

If you share our passion to make education better and would like to make a difference, then please apply!
