(Y)Our Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and inclusive Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and collaborative team.

Would suit someone with EYFS or KS1 Experience

Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? Do you have a patient, compassionate nature and a genuine interest in supporting their learning and development?

You will assist in the delivery of engaging and innovative teaching within the classroom, on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Working with the teacher you will assist with the development of appropriate resources, schemes of work and teaching strategies to ensure provisions support individual learning needs.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be extremely well supported, working alongside a passionate team of teachers. This is a great role for someone who is looking to take their first steps into an exciting and rewarding career in education.

In addition to the TA role, you will also be required to cover the midday meals and playground duties. You will initiate positive play creating a purposeful and inclusive learning environment, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children is maintained at all times.
