Summary

CCTV protects public safety and assists in the reduction and detection of crime, reducing the fear of crime, disorder and antisocial behaviour. This post will be responsible for managing the council’s contract for the maintenance and provision of CCTV hardware and software services and development. This will also include responsibilities to support the development, implementation and management of the governance systems to ensure adherence to the Surveillance Camera Code of Practise and other legal and regulatory compliance, liaising with relevant stakeholders including the MET Police and the Community Safety Board.

Candidate Profile

You will be educated to a degree level and have proven experience and ability to manage contractors and provide feed back on their performance. You will also need to have the ability to manage contractors and provide feed back on their performance as well as experience in working in partnership achieving joint outcomes.
