Summary
CNC Setter/ Operator
Hours: 07:00 – 17:00, Monday to Thursday and & 07.00 to 1pm Fridays
Area: Redditch
Salary: £30-£35000 DOE plus overtime
Ash Consulting are working with a well established local client who seek an experienced CNC operative to join their growing team

Key Responsibilities
• Operate 4- and 5-axis CNC machines to produce precision components for the aerospace, automotive, and defence sectors
• Maintain high-quality standards through regular self-inspection using gauges and measuring equipment
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining efficiency and accuracy
• Follow all company health, safety, and quality procedures
Skills & Experience
• Proven experience operating CNC milling machining centres
• Familiarity with Heidenhain controls (desirable), though training given
• Strong understanding of measurement and inspection tools
• A proactive, positive approach to work, learning, and teamwork
• Good Maths
• Ideally, an Engineering qualification
