We are a specialist recruitment agency placing temporary staff into schools. As a Service Administrator, you will support our compliance and candidate management processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and in line with safeguarding standards.
This is a fast-paced, dynamic role where you’ll play a key part in managing the candidate journey, from right to work checks to DBS processing, and ensuring that everything is fully compliant with industry regulations. You’ll also support the recruitment team, keeping things varied and collaborative while ensuring we’re delivering a seamless service to both candidates and schools.
We are an office-based company. Your hours will be Monday - Friday 8/8.30 am - 4.30/5pm.
What you will do:
Conduct right to work checks, DBS applications and teacher qualification checks
Gather references and maintain accurate candidate compliance records
Ensure all safeguarding procedures are followed at every stage
Support the recruitment team with candidate engagement and updates
Candidate recruitment activities to support pipeline of available staff, including telephone interviews and video calls
Maintain up-to-date records in our recruitment systems
Be a valued member of the team supporting across admin and telephone-based tasks
What you’ll bring:
A keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills
Strong communication skills, you will be liaising with candidates and the recruitment team daily
Confidence in managing compliance processes and safeguarding requirements – we will train you!
A proactive, team-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment
