At Squirrels Pre-School, we're on the hunt for a passionate level 3 Early Years Practitioner to become part of our tight-knit team. As a charity Pre-School, we have a supportive committee of 6 always ready to lend a hand.
We need someone who can adapt to varying schedules, with availability from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday.
The role will initially offer 11 permanent hours and 9 temporary hours (covering long term sick, to be reviewed in April), totalling 20 hours. Plus, there is always the option for over time when needed.
Since we're nestled in a rural area, having a full driving license or a dependable means of transport would be a big plus.
What We're Looking For:
A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent
A genuine passion for working with children
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A creative thinker with a knack for fun, educational activities
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
This opportunity is a great fit for someone at the start of their career, eager to gain experience in a smaller setting. It's also ideal for those looking to scale back their working hours.
If you're ready to make a difference in the lives of children and join a team that values your skills and contributions, we'd love to hear from you!
Apply today and let's shape the future together.
