What you’ll do
• We support customers over the age of 25 at risk of homelessness. Some of our customers may be ex-offenders and have substance misuse.
• There is lots for you to do and get involved in, from assisting customers with their practical, daily living tasks to working through support plans, helping them to achieve independence.
• You may be supporting customers to attend medical appointments, contact the DWP, engage in meaningful activities, access the local community, complete our accredited qualification called the Home Achievement Programme or just sitting down with them for a nice warm brew and a chat.

You have
• Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
• Experience as a Support Worker. It is important that you have worked in this type of environment before.
• A positive, can do and caring attitude, with the desire to learn to continue making a difference to our customers lives.
• Previous experience of working with support plans, recording, and using information concisely and effectively.
• If you are a real people person and enjoy a fast-paced environment, then this role is for you

• Flexible working hours
• Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues.
• You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
