Administrator – Service Agreement Contracts Clerk - Finance Department

Overview
Based in our Finance Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for cost checking and tracking renewal service contract pricing, including CCTV monitoring contracts. The role requires a methodical approach and strong attention to detail, particularly when calculating percentage-based cost adjustments.
What you will be doing
• Review and process customer annual service contracts, ensuring timely renewals and accurate cost adjustments based on labour increases and contract requirements.
• PO Management.
• Assess opportunities for service agreement upgrades with existing customers.
• Work with the national sales team to develop and offer contract terms for new customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all service contract reviews.
What we are looking for
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid numerical and analytical ability.
• Proactive and confident approach to research service contract usage and costs, for accurate renewal pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Competent keyboard and data entry skills.
The Package
• Annual salary: £27,000.
• Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17:00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
