Summary
Holt Engineering have a permanent opportunity for a Production Assistant to join our client near New Milton, they are a friendly and well established Precision Engineering company who pride themselves on their quality and innovation.
This role has lots of training availability and progression, it can offer an immediate start and the pay will be £11.44 to begin, working hours are Monday to Friday working a day shift with an early finish on a Friday.
Duties for the successful Production Assistant:
- Assisting across the workshop assisting engineers and machine operators
- Shot blasting
- Deburring
- Machine Operating
- Packing
- Delivery driving (if licence held)
To be considered for the Production Assistant you must:
- Have worked within a workshop or factory environment ideally
- Keen interest in Engineering
- Able to work well in a team as well as alone with minimal supervision
- Driving licence advantageous but not essential
