Summary
Multi Trade Operative needed in NW London
The rate is £20.73ph PAYE
This is a temporary role
The reference number is: 5284112
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality repair, installation and refurbishment work as required within the maintenance team. Provide exceptional fault diagnosis and good customer service in order to meet the businesses Key Performance Indicators.
They should be able to carry out repair and installation works to a good standard, and to include one key skill / trade, but not limited to:
- First and Second Fix Carpentry
- First and Second Fix Plumbing
- Wet Trades (plastering, painting & decorating)
- Minor Masonry repairs
- General Groundworks and Fencing
- Floor Laying & Tiling
- To undertake on site risk assessments and identify any potential hazards and inform your line manager if required.
