Summary
To perform imaging procedures across multiple modalities, including CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy, and General Imaging, ensuring accuracy and adherence to departmental protocols. To assist in the daily management of the X-ray Department, supporting Lead Radiographers to maintain operational efficiency and high service standards. To act as a deputy for Superintendent or Lead Radiographers when required, taking responsibility for departmental oversight in their absence. To conduct regular checks and monitoring of imaging equipment, promptly reporting any faults or malfunctions to the relevant management. To maintain accurate departmental records, including logging equipment issues and managing computer systems in line with data protection regulations. To ensure the X-ray Department is well-stocked, organized, and maintained to a safe and hygienic standard, including checking supplies and keeping work areas tidy.
