Summary
A main contractor is recruiting a Sub Agent in Bristol for a The business is a multi-discipline company with projects upwards of £500m across several divisions including highways, building and rail however they also have a secure flow of work from frameworks for local authorities, National Highways, water companies and the Environment Agency.
The Sub Agent is required within the regional business, who are responsible for delivering project for a private client in Somerset and neighbouring counties. The framework is worth over £20m and consists of infrastructure works on station improvement and upgrade works.
Sub Agent roles and responsibilities include:
- Support the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges
- Writing risk assessments and method statements
- Manage quality assurance documentation
- Assist in production and integration of 3-week programmes
- Manage designs from the in-house and external designers
- Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing
- Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process
- Managing RFI's and Technical Queries
