Summary


Digital Marketing and Campaigns Officer

To lead the development and delivery of high-impact digital marketing campaigns and engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive stakeholder engagement.

To lead the development and delivery of high-impact digital marketing campaigns and engagement strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive stakeholder engagement, and support organisational objectives such as but not limited to, increasing patient acquisition. This role will manage digital platforms, oversee campaign lifecycles, and collaborate across departments to ensure consistent, compelling messaging.

Digital Strategy & Content Management

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with organisational goals.

Manage website content, SEO, and GEO to ensure optimal user experience and maximise audience reach.

Oversee social media channels, including content planning, publishing, and engagement.

Create and edit multimedia content (video, graphics, photography) for digital platforms.

Campaign Planning & Delivery

Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital campaigns, including audience segmentation, channel selection, and performance analysis.

Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to produce creative assets and messaging.

Monitor and optimise paid digital advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).

Stakeholder Engagement

Build relationships with internal stakeholders, patients, and external partners.

Source and manage case studies and testimonials, ensuring appropriate consent and sensitivity.

Support media relations, including drafting press releases and coordinating interviews.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs and campaign performance using analytics tools.

Produce monthly reports and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.

Contribute to board-level reporting and strategic reviews.

Team & Project Leadership

Liaise with contractors as required.

Provide training and guidance on digital best practices across the organization with a view to employee advocacy.

Ensure compliance with GDPR, PECR, accessibility standards, and NHS policies.



Essential

Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.

Strong knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and CMS (e.g., WordPress).

Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.

Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms.

Understanding of behaviour change and social marketing principles.

Experience working in healthcare, charity, or public sector environments.

Experience using AI in marketing and communications.



Full-time based in Stanmore with occasional travel across sites.

Occasional out-of-hours work for events or urgent communications.

Must be comfortable working in emotionally sensitive environments (e.g., patient stories).
