The Role
At BW C, we’re looking for experienced electricians to join our close-knit team. With over 30 years in the industry, we work with top-tier clients along the M5 corridor—and now, we want you to be part of it.
You’ll work on a range of electrical projects, from installations to fault finding. Paid door-to-door – earn from the moment you leave home.
Ideal for candidates in Exeter, Bristol, Exmouth, Cullompton, Tiverton, Honiton, Taunton, Wellington.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fit electrical systems, control panels, power and lighting circuits
• Test and certify your work to industry standards
• Troubleshoot faults quickly and effectively
• Carry out routine maintenance to keep systems running smoothly

• Paid door-to-door travel time – earn for every minute you’re on the job
• Overtime paid generously:
• Time and a quarter after 47.5 hours
• Time and a half after 50 hours and on Saturdays
• Double time on Sundays
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• 10 days full sick pay
• Company vehicle and fuel card

Typical weekly earnings:
Base: £680–£790
Travel pay: +£80–£120
Overtime: +£100–£250
Total typical: £860–£1,150/week
The Person
You’ll thrive here if you:
• Hold a valid ECS card
• Have a full UK driving licence
• Know your way around installations, fault finding, and testing
• Can work independently and with others
• Live near the M5 corridor (Bristol to Exeter)
17th/18th Edition, Testing & Inspection, Industrial Installations, Water Treatment, Panels, MCCs, Pumps, Motors, Control Systems.
