Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Fleet Management: Optimise routes and fleet performance, helping you sharpen analytical and planning skills while delivering measurable efficiency gains.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations meet local and national transport regulations, giving you confidence in leading a fully compliant service.
• Driver Oversight: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of professional drivers, developing your leadership skills and creating a positive workplace culture.

• Proven experience in transport management within the bus or coach industry (4+ years).
• Proven experience in fleet operations, scheduling and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.
• Confident problem solver with resilience under pressure.
• Class D Licence with Digital Tachograph card.
