Summary
Position: Clinical Deputy Manager
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
Pay rate: £26.50 per hour + Quarterly Commission paid!
Hour: Full time with Supernumerary hours
Rizq Recruit is recruiting for an experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join a reputable nursing & care home in the heart of Mansfield. This medium bedded purpose built home caters to residents with nursing, dementia & residential care needs. As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to ensure all home operations are ran smoothly.
You will be supervising and leading a stable care team and have access to the latest tech and amenities to assist with your role!

Responsibilities as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
Oversee clinical staff & ensure correct care is provided to residents
Assist the Home Manager in all home operations
Ensure staff are trained and competent
Complete and review resident care plans on schedule
Requirements as a Clinical Deputy Manager:
Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
Previous nursing home experience (2/3 years)
Previous management experience
