About the Role
We're looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join our growing technology & transformation team. This role combines project management and product expertise, complementing our existing Product Owner by focusing on business analysis, data integration, and process improvement.
You'll play a key role in managing small to mid-sized technology projects, ensuring our digital products and systems work seamlessly to support operational excellence across our nurseries and support teams.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage and deliver small to mid-sized technology projects from initiation to completion.
· Conduct business process discovery and create clear As-Is / To-Be documentation.
· Write detailed user stories and requirements to guide development and integration work.
· Map and optimize data flows, including API integrations and middleware/data lake concepts.
· Collaborate with stakeholders across operational and support teams to align solutions with business needs.
· Use tools like Jira, Miro, and Visio to manage workflows and visualize processes.
· Support system enhancements and integrations for HR, CRM, or nursery management platforms.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in ambiguous or evolving situations.
Skills & Experience
· Hands-on experience managing small to mid-sized technology projects.
· Strong business analysis skills, including process mapping and documentation.
· Good understanding of data flows, API integrations, and middleware/data lake concepts.
· Proven stakeholder management experience across diverse teams.
· Confident using collaboration and visualization tools (Jira, Miro, Visio, or similar).
· Exposure to HR, CRM, or nursery management systems is a plus.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in ambiguity.
What We Offer
· Competitive salary of £40,000 per annum
· Opportunities for professional growth and development
· A collaborative, innovative work environment
· The chance to make a real impact in the childcare sector
At Partou, we believe that everyone is unique and special, and our focus is on embracing and valuing this. Diversity, Equality, and Inclusion (DEI) aren't just buzzwords to us—they're at the core of what we do, and we celebrate the variety of backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives that each child—and each team member—brings.
Consider this job description as a guide rather than a strict set of rules. It helps explain what you'll be doing, but it's designed to be flexible and adaptable. It's meant to point you in the right direction, not provide an exhaustive list of tasks.
We've outlined the essentials, but if you find a better way to do something or if it helps us work better as a team, we're open to new ideas. We view this document as a living, evolving thing that changes and grows as you do. So, if it changes from time to time, don't be concerned—we'll always keep you in the loop.
