We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated construction site labourers to join our team.
About the Role:
As a construction site labourer, you will be an integral part of our project teams, assisting with a variety of essential tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our construction sites. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Moving and handling materials, including loading and unloading
• Assisting skilled tradespeople with their tasks
• Preparing the site for work, including clearing and leveling
• Operating hand and power tools under supervision
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Following all health and safety regulations and procedures
• Assisting with site setup and dismantling
• Performing general labouring duties as required
What We're Looking For:
• No formal qualifications necessary, but a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn are essential
• Previous experience in a construction environment is advantageous, but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
• Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks
• A strong commitment to safety
• Reliability and punctuality are crucial
• Own transport is essential as our sites are throughout Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire
• CSCS card is desirable but not essential
