Summary
Precedo Healthcare are recruiting experienced home care or community care staff to join our Sheffield Team, Weekends Only , to provide exceptional end-of-life care to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
We are looking for compassionate, reliable carers who are passionate about delivering person-centred care with dignity and respect.
Basics of the Role:
Essential care and emotional support to individuals at the end of life.
Working on double Handed calls across Sheffield
What we require:
Previous experience in home or community care, especially around medication support.
A full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
A genuine passion for caring and supporting people in their own homes.
Confidence in using electronic systems for care notes and medication logs.
Fully Enhanced DBS or willing to apply
