The Vale of Glamorgan is welcoming applications for the post of Senior Telecare Support Officer within its Social Services Directorate. The Telecare Service supports the management of risks in their home and community.

About the role
Pay Details: Grade 7 SPC 20-25 £32,597 - £36,363 Pro Rata £16.90 - £18.85 Per Hour
Hours of Work / Working Pattern: 37 hours Monday – Thursday 8.30am – 4.30pm Friday 8.30am
– 4pm
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices – Office-based
Temporary Reason: N/A

Description: You will provide on-going supervision to ensure the effective delivery of quality
Telecare Services in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Telecare enables people to live as safely at home for as long as possible by maximising their
independence and reducing the need for dependency on care packages.

About you
You will need:
• Experience of working in partnership with other agencies
• Experience of working as part of a team and supporting colleagues to achieve high
quality outcomes.
• Experience of working with adults and/or children living with care and support needs• Experience of service quality monitoring
