The Role

We are looking for an Asset Analyst (Sustainability) to join us on a 6-month fixed term basis.

In the role of an Asset Analyst (Sustainability), you'll be responsible for the management of the Eastlight Asset Management Systems, guaranteeing precise data, compliance, and alignment with the Decent Home Standard. You'll supervise EPC and Energy Data, address customer inquiries, provide team support, and assess EPCs for retrofits, actively contributing to our EPC and Net Carbon Zero objectives.

As Asset Analyst (Sustainability) you will:

• Manage and audit asset data (stock condition, energy, servicing, planned maintenance, sustainability) in Eastlight Asset Management Systems (Keystone, ASAP, Sava).

• Reconcile data regularly, ensuring accuracy and completeness; request necessary amendments.

• Generate reports and interfaces for regulatory compliance and Decent Homes Standard.

• Analyse data for annual Sustainability project schedules within budgets.

• Oversee data processes pre and post completion; improve efficiency and Asset Performance Model.

• Promote cross-team collaboration and provide training on Asset Management systems.

• Stay updated on software, legislation, and participate in contract meetings with contractors.

If you're enthusiastic about sustainability, skilled in statistics, record-keeping, and data input, and have experience addressing both internal and external inquiries, component referrals, and complaints we'd love to hear from you.

  • 6-Month Fixed Term Contract
  • Full time, 37 hours per week
