Summary

Female PA needed in Hereford to support 6-year-old girl with GDD and ADHD. Will include sleep in night.

Hours will be once a month, from 10 am Saturday, going to a full day activity, giving me tea when we’re home, giving me a bath, administering my medication and putting me to bed, and staying with me until 12/1 pm on the Sunday. This would take place in the family home and there is another PA in the home caring for my siblings.

I am looking for someone to take me into the community and access all the things I enjoy. Swimming, animal farms, flip out, sensory art sessions and anything else you can think of.

About Me

I am a 6-year-old girl and I live with my family in Hereford, I have Global Development Delay along with ADHD. I love make up, nail varnish, handbags, and high heels!

I do have limited languages and communication skills.

I need help with all toileting needs I am still in nappies, but I am currently starting potty training. I need helped being bathed washed and dressed.

Physically I am very busy I love running

You will need to administer medication

We are really flexible with hours times and dates will always plan way in advance.

Looking for someone who is genuine caring enjoys caring and looking after children, but most of all consistency is key.

All fuel activities and meals are paid and provided for. So, no extra costs for yourselves.

About Direct Payments

Direct payments are available from Local Authorities for people who have a care and support plan in place following a social care assessment. An amount of money is allocated to purchase the assistance and care needed to live independently.

I should stress that my Mum will be your employer and have full responsibility for recruitment, contracts, supervision, pay, training etc. A support service assists her in meeting her responsibilities as an employer.
