Summary
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a respected law firm seeking an experienced and qualified Commercial Property Solicitor to join their expanding team in Winchester.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling a broad range of commercial property matters
Managing transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant matters
Providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client portfolio
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial property contracts
Managing files independently while ensuring excellent client service
Experience Required:
Strong, relevant commercial property experience
Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision
Excellent communication, drafting, and negotiation skills
Qualifications:
Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent)
Solid background in commercial property law
