Summary

We are a fast‑growing provider of commercial solar and battery‑storage systems, helping businesses reduce energy costs and meet sustainability goals. We are looking for a highly motivated B2B Sales Executive who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals. This role involves extensive travel across the UK to meet prospects and clients onsite.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the commercial sector.
- Conduct on‑site assessments and deliver compelling presentations on solar and battery‑storage solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers (facility managers, sustainability officers, CEOs).
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with engineering, project‑management, and finance teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Essential Criteria

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in renewable energy, technology, or industrial services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated resilience and a “relentless” approach to prospecting and follow‑up.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80 % of working time).
- Full UK driving licence and clean driving record.

Desirable Criteria

- Experience selling solar, energy‑efficiency, or battery‑storage products.
- Knowledge of UK commercial building regulations and sustainability incentives.
