We are currently working with a leading supported-living site, looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Pontypridd! This could potentially be an opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.

As a Support Worker, you will:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help clients maintain their independence and well-being
Support clients in community activities and appointments
Safely assist clients with mobility using Moving & Handling techniques
Support individuals who present with challenging behaviour, using a calm, professional, and person-centred approach
Requirements:
At least 6 months of UK-based experience in care and support work
Experience working with challenging behaviour and confidence in supporting individuals with complex needs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred
