This role is pivotal in progressing the administration function on site. Successful candidate will be responsible for standardizing the approach of the admin function. Modernising and automating all the daily production data reporting tools. Working collaboratively with Operational Controlling Manager and reporting team to improve data sources.

Key Areas:

Initially working to standardise the approach of each department. Each area is at a different progression with Code IT implementation and the requirements of the team member varies as this is implemented.

  • Updating all documents into more user friendly, shared data sources. Material Yield update. Migrate all reporting documents to SharePoint and optimize connectivity
  • Streamlining approach for each department – analysing all the different documents and practices associated with each function and standardising where possible

Management of Team:

  • Communicate with the team and feedback to the Operational Controlling Manager
  • Organize and dispatch workload in the team
  • Ensure that correct procedures are followed

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Accuracy and timeliness of daily/weekly/monthly reporting
  • Data completeness and reliability
  • SOP library established and maintained
  • Training completion rates and user competency
  • Successful implementation and user adoption of new tools

Skills:

  • Advanced Excel / MS Office proficiency (pivot tables, dashboards, macros, excel formulae proficiency, knowledge of script and ability to develop)
  • Experience developing data reporting systems or dashboards (Power BI dashoboards, global data analysis tools in development or similar desirable)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work with all levels of the organisation
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Organised, proactive, and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Ability to standardise and document new processes

Experience:

  • Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
  • Previous experience in production planning, performance reporting, or data analysis role
  • Exposure to ERP/MES systems and data management tools
  • Proven track record in implementing or improving reporting and control processes

Qualifications:

  • Advanced Excel or data analytics certification advantageous
  • Any relevant qualification would be advantageous
