Hospital Porters Required - Glasgow
Location: Glasgow
Employment Type: Temporary Ongoing

We are recruiting Hospital Porters on behalf of our client in Glasgow. This is a great opportunity to join a vital front line team supporting patient care in a busy hospital environment.

⭐ Key Responsibilities:

• Safely moving patients to and from appointments within the hospital

• Transferring unwell or vulnerable patients between wards

• Transporting medical equipment, supplies, and other items across departments

• Supporting clinical teams by ensuring patients and equipment reach the correct locations on time

⏱ Shifts:

• Mostly day shift

• Core hours typically 9am-5pm (may vary depending on hospital needs)

• Occasional night shifts available on an ad hoc basis

Pay Rates:

• Weekday Day shift: £13.32 per hour

• Saturday: £19.44 per hour

• Sunday: £25.57 per hour

✔ Requirements:

• PVG membership is essential

• Previous hospital porter or patient-moving experience is advantageous but not essential

• Reliable, compassionate, and able to work within a fast-paced environment
