Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

This role may also be suitable for ambitious newly qualified teachers with a specialism in EYFS who can demonstrate excellent potential and a passion for Early Years.

Holy Trinity C of E Primary School is entering an exciting new chapter as we strengthen our vision, develop our leadership team, and place Early Years at the heart of our school’s future. We are seeking an inspiring and passionate EYFS Leader who will also teach in Reception, someone who can nurture our youngest pupils and lead our Early Years provision with creativity, ambition, and deep care.

About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional practitioner who:

• Leads with warmth, integrity, and a clear vision for outstanding Early Years education
• Creates an engaging, language rich, inclusive learning environment where every child is valued
• Understands the importance of early reading, early language development, and strong foundations in learning
• Is confident in curriculum design, assessment, and continuous provision
• Communicates effectively with parents and carers, building strong, trusting relationships
• Works positively with the wider community and is outward looking in their practice
• Will champion our Christian ethos, modelling love, hope, respect, and community
• Is ready to contribute to the wider school development as part of a supportive and ambitious Senior Leadership Team
