What skills and experience we're looking for
Wohl Ilford Jewish Primary School is seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate SEN 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work directly with pupils who have additional needs, providing tailored one-to-one support as well as contributing to small-group work within the classroom.
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience supporting children with SEN
• Is patient, nurturing and able to build positive relationships
• Can follow advice from the class teacher and SENCo
• Is committed to helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential
• Works well as part of a supportive staff team

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check. As part of our safeguarding procedures, we may also conduct online searches for shortlisted candidates.
