Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking with good communication skills and good levels of literacy and numeracy. Applicants should have, but it is not essential:
• Experience of working with children with additional needs, in particular Autism and PDA
Essential criteria :
• GCSE grades A - C / 9 - 5 in English and maths
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing high quality support to meet all needs of the child
• A work ethic which is driven by a desire to make a positive difference
• The ability to use your own initiative
• A friendly and approachable manner
In accordance with our Safer Recruitment Policy, all applicants will be DBS checked.
