Hall Green Junior School is a popular and successful four form entry school. The Governors wish to appoint a Clerical Assistant to join our hard-working administration team.
As a Clerical Assistant, your role will include: -
Support to pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
Reception and telephone duties – dealing with any enquiries
Photocopying and general administration duties
Typing and data entry into school database systems
Supporting teachers with clerical work
Being trained as a first aider
Excellent interpersonal and organisation skills, along with a high level of oral and written communication skills are essential.
