Summary
Morson are looking for an Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to join a major Aerospace programme at RAF Marham.
Location: RAF Marham (Onsite)

The Role
You will carry out a range of maintenance activities on military aircraft and aircraft components within a busy, safety-critical environment. Working as part of an established maintenance team, you will ensure all activities are completed to the required technical, safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out aircraft maintenance tasks, including role changes, inspections, component removals, repairs, modifications, fault rectification and system testing
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Approved Technical Information, the organisation’s MOE and associated procedures
• Maintain accurate airworthiness documentation and ensure all activities are appropriately recorded
• Apply Human Factors and Error Management principles in day-to-day maintenance activity
• Ensure compliance with Continuing Airworthiness Assurance and quality management systems
• Support safe working practices, risk assessments and operational standards
Skills & Experience Required
• Experience working in an EASA/MRP Part 145 environment
• Experience maintaining complex military aircraft platforms
• Completed Engineering Apprenticeship (Aeronautical preferred) or equivalent military qualification
• Minimum City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 in Aeronautical Engineering & Maintenance (or equivalent)
