Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role, ideally within healthcare, hospitality, or residential settings.
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements, particularly in elderly care.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of team development and mentoring.
- Creative flair for menu design and a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Design and prepare fresh, nutritious, and delicious meals for our residents, with a focus on high-quality ingredients.
- Lead by example in the kitchen, fostering a collaborative environment that values teamwork and high standards.
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff, contributing to our internal Chef Academy and nurturing a passion for culinary excellence.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with the management team to align meal planning with the needs and preferences of residents.
