Summary

e are looking for two Recruitment Assistants to join our friendly and supportive HR team within HR Shared Services.

These are customer focused roles, and your main responsibilities will be the administration of the recruitment life cycle and advisory support to all staff across the university on numerous related HR activities; this will include dealing with customers over the phone and via email.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to gain HR experience, covering the full recruitment life cycle; while navigating your career in HR.

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate your high levels of attention to detail and accuracy and have experience in a data entry or administrative role. You will need to be resilient and comfortable working with high volume requests, as well as being adaptable and a good problem solver, actively looking for opportunities to improve our service for customers and our processes.

We are looking for someone who shares our passion for excellent customer service and who is a strong team player. You must have a positive, pro-active approach to your work, show flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.

These posts are offered on a permanent, full time (36.25 hours per week) contract; however applications are also welcome from candidates wishing to work part-time (minimum 29 hours per week). Please specify in your application if you wish to work part time and the number of preferred hours.

This role is based in the Human Resources Department on Kings Meadow Campus and will be offered on a hybrid basis with a blended approach of home and office working. Typically, you will work 2 – 3 days per week on campus.
